Lee Silber is a former surf shop owner who went on to become the best-selling author of 15 books and an award-winning trainer. Yet, Silber is best known as "The Idea Guy" and his ability to come up with solutions "at the speed of thought". His role at Administrative Professionals Conference 2010 is to help attendees do more (and be more) with less stress through innovative thinking. His latest book, The Wild Idea Club encourages Administrative Professionals to work together to come up with new and improved ways to meet challenges. Lee lives at the beach in San Diego with his wife and two young sons, and stills surfs almost every day

Description
You have more in common than you realize with big thinkers (Albert Einstein), outstanding writers (Earnest Hemingway), go-getters (Amelia Earhart), and master communicators (Winston Churchill). Highlighting these four important figures from history, learn how to become more innovative, improve our written correspondence, go after (and get) what we want, and communicate more effectively. Apply lessons from history that you can use to be better than before in key areas. This session is part history lesson, part life lesson, and all about business lessons that will help you to make the most of your own individual talents and abilities at work.
