In addition to examining your role at work (and figuring out what you might need to change), you’ll discover critical areas where you and your boss need to agree. Learn how you might be sabotaging your own credibility (and possibly your boss’s!), what you can do to initiate a frank discussion about sensitive topics, and ways to improve communication so that each of you knows what the other needs at any given time.
