Lori Sisk,

Lori Sisk has worked as a supply chain professional for more than 20 years and has been a practitioner and consultant in the automotive, aerospace, grocery, and home-building industries. She currently works at EDS as a supply chain strategist and has experience working for AutoAlliance (Mazda), TRW, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Neumann Homes. As an adjunct professor at Wayne State University, Sisk trained more than 200 colleagues in supply chain management strategies and tools. She has a bachelor's degree in procurement and materials management and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.

Description
Truely global supply chains bring with them many levels of complexity, not least the effective procurement of raw materials and components from suppliers in other parts of the world. This Idea Exchange will explore areas such as spend analysis, total delivered cost, and relationships with key suppliers.
