Steven A. Melnyk, is professor of operations and supply chain management at Michigan State University. He is also the faculty director of education for the Masco Leadership Program in Operations Management and the Textron program in Operations Management. Melnyk is the lead author of 13 books and has written a number of articles for both national and international journals.
