Description
Executive Sales and Operations planning and Lean Manufacturing both rely on the concept of product families. But because one requires market driven families and the other requires production driven families, often times there is a conflict between the two processes. This presentation will explain why these two disciplines have different product family definitions and how they can be reconciled.
