Scott Roy is Collaboration Planning Manager at Wells’ Dairy Inc in LeMars, Iowa. Wells’ Dairy markets and manufactures Wells’ Blue Bunny packaged ice cream and novelties along with manufacturing other private label lines. Scott is responsible for managing the integration of their demand planning into that Sales and Operations Planning process. Scott has spoken at past IBF and APICS conferences on topics from S&OP to demand management. He has over 20 years of prior work experience; before coming to Wells’ he worked in public accounting as a CPA, cost accounting, Information Systems; implementing two ERP solutions, production and inventory control manager and Director of Strategic Planning. Scott graduated from college with a major in Accounting and Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Along with being a CPA, Scott is certified by APICS as a CFPIM and CIRM.
