Paul Schoensleben, Ph.D., has taught at universities in Switzerland for more than 20 years. Schoensleben is currently a full professor in the area of industrial engineering and management at ETH Zurich. He specializes in logistics, operations and supply chain management, global service management, and service innovation. Schoensleben is a member of several boards of directors and advisory boards and is the author of numerous books and scientific articles.
