Description
When it comes to implementing lean manufacturing, the human factor can be just as important as the actual systems and processes being changed. Richard Graff, CFPIM, vice president of manufacturing and operations for Saia-Burgess, Inc., shows the impact group dynamics and social factors can have on lean implementation. Through case studies, Graff demonstrates how to overcome organizational resistance.
