Description
Successfully integrating a demand management process with lean practices presents real challenges. Sly and Reider show how a large multifacility manufacturing company did so while aligning daily shop floor activities with the production plan without the use of an elaborate ERP system. Learn about using standard manufacturing routings to simplify the level-loading process and connecting the sales and operations plan to the daily activities on the production floor.
