Description
In good times and in bad, in sickness and in health are familiar words. While these tenants are primarily applied to a marriage contract, these same principles can be applied to a successful enterprise resources planning (ERP) implementation. This presentation explores the fundamentals of successful ERP systems from both a project management and user perspective, providing a basic implementation road map, assessment metrics, and potential pitfalls list.
