Description
The majority of companies operate with an inventory record accuracy (IRA) of less than 50 percent. Why? Most cycle counting techniques are too expensive for industry to implement. But there's a better, faster, cheaper way to achieve an IRA of 98 percent: focused cycle counting. With more than 30 years of experience in operations management and enterprise resources planning, William L. Cure, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, teaches you how to use focused cycle counting to gain greater inventory visibility, increase efficiency, and save money.
