Kaye Cee McKay, CFPIM, CSCP, has more than 20 years of experience in operations management, with an emphasis on inventory accuracy and reduction. From aerospace and electronics to cosmetics, McKay has worked in a wide variety of industries. She is an APICS instructor and has taught at companies such as HP/Compaq, Baker Hughes, Houston Metro, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and CHEP. She is a frequent speaker at APICS events and is an active member of the APICS San Diego Chapter Board of Directors.

Joni White, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, has worked as a full-time APICS instructor since 1998, having more than 25 years of planning, materials management, and manufacturing experience in custom lighting (engineer-to-order), value engineering, electronics (make-to-order and assemble-to-order), and remanufacturing (make-to-stock). An avid APICS volunteer since 1991, White is a past president of the APICS DC Metro Chapter and currently serves as its vice president of education. White writes curriculum, develops interactive workshops, and speaks frequently at APICS events.
