Joe Schriever, CIRM, CSCP, is the enterprise IT sourcing manager for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. He previously worked as the electronic government project manager and director of materials management for the Texas Department of Health. Schriever currently leads the implementation of performance-based contracting for IT goods and services in support of Texas health and human services. Schriever is a certified information systems auditor, a certified quality analyst, and a certified systems test engineer.
