Description
Successful fundraising organizations benefit from effective and proactive prospect management systems. This session will identify a set of management metrics for evaluating fundraiser effectiveness and demonstrate multiple ways to present common metrics to different types of fundraising teams and managers. Additionally, the speaker will review prospect management reports including three dashboard reports in development for the University of Chicago. Attendees will learn to determine important metrics to monitor, conduct audits to ensure data integrity and creatively design reports to support all management levels and areas.
