Michelle Franke has more than 17 years of experience in nonprofit management with proven track records in fundraising, program administration, prospect research and management. She has developed skills in external communications and marketing, stewardship and cultivation of donors/volunteers, program administration including strategic planning and budget planning, and policy and procedure implementation. She has raised more than $10 million dollars in her career for several organizations including The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, California; Hospice of the Valley in San Jose, California; Industry Initiatives for Science & Math Education in Santa Clara, California; Jabboury Foundation for Cancer Research in Houston, Texas; and The American Red Cross in Houston, Texas.

Erin Miller is the corporate and foundation research specialist for the University of Illinois Foundation. She has a master’s degree in library and information from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an master’s in theatre from Bowling Green State University. She has worked in prospect research, records management and information systems for the past four years. Before working as a research specialist, she worked for the University of Illinois library.
