Beginning his prospect research career in 2001 at Belmont University (Nashville, TN), Geoff Little has worked as both a one-man research shop, and most recently, a member of a large, sophisticated research and analysis team. He today specializes in corporate and foundation research at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN), where he has worked for 5+ years. Geoff has presented in classrooms and workshops across Nashville. He led a Traninstitutional Funder Research discussion at the 2006 CASE Corporate and Foundation Relations Conference. He is a community volunteer, local arts advocate, and fiction writer.

Description
This session will discuss how to pinpoint organizations, both corporations and private foundations, who would present a mutually beneficial partnership within the community. Learn how to leverage the powerful women and men in your community and in what way could they help to broker a relationship. By aiming at the greater communal win, it is likely you can attract the necessary funding from a community partner.
