"Michael Quevli began his career in prospect research in 1996 at AIDS Project Los Angeles. He was at the Keck School of Medicine of USC for seven years and was responsible for overseeing the Development Research team before joining Kintera P!N in 2005. Quevli was the membership chair for two terms with the California Advancement Researchers Association, where during his tenure membership increased from 165 to 300. He has served on the board of the LaurelGrove Theatre, has been a consultant to various nonprofits in Southern California and served three consecutive terms on the Stephens College Alumnae board.
Quevli has been a frequent speaker for APRA and APRA chapters, and was an instructor at the College of Extended Learning at Cal State Northridge in prospect research and prospect management. Quevli is a recipient of the 2004 CARA Service Award and the 2007 Stephens College Alumnae Service Award."

Ilana Lester Moreno joined Environmental Defense Fund in July 2006. She began her career as a research associate at Oxford University’s North American Development Office, and went on to found and manage the research shop at Amnesty International USA before becoming a wealth screening and prospect management consultant with Kintera P!N. On the professional development front, she has been involved with APRA conference planning as a member of the 2008 Curriculum Committee and a 2006 track chair. She has also volunteered as a member of the APRA-MARC task force as well as nominating and conference scholarship committees. She is a former President and former Program Director of APRA of Greater New York and former Conference Chair and Program Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Researchers Conference. Ilana is a frequent speaker at APRA international conferences as well as local APRA, AFP and Women in Development chapter events.

Analyzing a combination of internal and external data can help an entire fundraising team focus strategically. The presenters will discuss the data they have gathered, coded and analyzed, and how their findings we used to collaborate with colleagues in order to maximize fundraising opportunities.
