Specifically, this session will lay out a system created at UW for building future campaign lists that more effectively identify key relationships between prospects and the institution. The “Prospect Prioritization Plan” created at UW maps and tracks where prospects fall on the donor commitment continuum, which helps fundraisers make more strategic decisions regarding cultivation and proposals.
