The journey was shared by all within the medical center but this session will focus on how the facilities and engineering departments were able to support the implementation of these activities throughout the organization while maintaining the required regulatory compliance standards, meeting the daily demand of their work order requests, and implementing these initiatives within their own areas. This session enables attendees to:

- Describe significant success and failure areas of the case study.
