Description
Facility managers often seek opportunities to expand their areas of oversight to other services—but many facility managers have these additional responsibilities thrust upon them. Managing this expanded role successfully requires getting out of one’s comfort zone and developing an understanding of different types of employees and the services provided by support departments. This session will enable you to—

• Describe differences in employee personalities, work ethics, and backgrounds.
• Develop a basic understanding of frequently used metrics and terminology in environmental and nutrition services.
