Description
McCune­Brooks Regional Hospital transformed the patient experience by designing a significantly different architectural environment. Like other health care facilities, McCune­Brooks faced many operational and financial challenges, including competition from two large health care systems and a decline in revenues. This case study will examine how one hospital rethought and reinvented its health care organization. This session will enable you to—
