Description
Much confusion is associated with the commissioning of health care facilities, including definitions of terms, various types of commissioning processes, and which systems to commission. This presentation will provide tools to create clear instructions for preparing proposals for commissioning services, and it will define how to develop RFPs that obtain the desired return on investment.
