Description
Hear how hospital staff came together to build a healing environment that results in improved patient satisfaction and exceeds codes and other regulatory and compliance standards.

Along with Case Study 4, this session will enable you to-
• Discuss various ways, as presented in the case studies, of identifying potential problems early in the delivery process for health care design and construction projects to avoid major impacts on cost and schedule.
• Assess the lessons learned from these projects and the strategies that were used to help improve efficiencies in project delivery in terms of application to other projects.
• Apply methods project teams have used, as shown in the case studies, to create adaptable healing environments that meet the health care needs of communities.
• List three methods, as presented in the case studies, that have been successfully used to measure the impact of design innovation on patient care.
