Learn how to prove the value of commissioning to the C-level through this case study presentation, which will demonstrate the value of commissioning in terms of issues avoided, problems solved (cost avoidance), energy savings, and operational/maintenance savings. This session will enable you to-
• Use information about the benefits of health facility commissioning provided in the case study to achieve efficiencies in project cost and schedule.
• Demonstrate how commissioning outcomes can be used to support C-level dashboards as presented in the case study.
• Describe three tools that project teams can implement, based on the presentation, to improve energy efficiency and save on operations/maintenance costs.
• List various evaluation techniques, based on the commissioning activities described, that can be used to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of health facility building systems.
