Description
At this roundtable presentation, C-level representatives from two leading U.S. health systems will share their unique insights on how to plan and design health care facilities that respond to the challenges of health care reform. This session will enable you to-
• Identify concerns of health care organization leaders, based on information presented, that will affect development of health care facility projects.
• Develop proactive approaches, using information presented about health care reform efforts, to planning and designing facilities that continue to meet the needs of caregivers, patients, and family in this new environment.
• Discuss the impact health care reform will have on health care facility planning and design and how this is likely to affect health care facility projects.
• Develop new approaches to health facility planning and design to address issues, as discussed in the session, that take on primary importance as a result of health care reform.
