Description
This presentation will address the key elements that need to be included in effective requests for qualifications and requests for proposals for construction management services on health care projects. Learn how a well-written and comprehensive RFQ and RFP can positively impact your project cost, quality, and speed of delivery. This session will enable you to:

* List the items that need to be included when developing an RFQ or RFP.
* Develop criteria that can be measured objectively.
