Description
As health care facilities age, facility managers face several challenges in securing approval for capital funding. This session will show you how to develop a long-range strategic infrastructure plan and an associated business case to gain approval and funding for a series of coordinated infrastructure projects. This session will enable you to:

Develop a long-range strategic infrastructure plan and a sound business case (including energy and maintenance cost savings) to sell to hospital administration and use to secure funding.
Implement phases of the long-range plan within budget and on schedule to maintain credibility and administration confidence.
Develop and issue regular stats reports that indicate actual costs and schedules as compared with budgets and deadlines.
Measure and verify the results (e.g., energy consumption and cost savings, maintenance savings) achieved by implementation of the plan.
