How to use Meeting Program / Planner

Navigating the Meeting Program

There are three main ways to search for programs and events. You can use one or a combination of all three to narrow your search:

By Track: You can select “All Tracks “ or you can choose to see only education CE sessions, networking sessions, special events, etc.

By Date: “All Dates” or select the day of the week you want to view.

By Practice Interest Track: Search for Continuing Education sessions by your area of interest.

To view more information about a program or event, simply click on a title and the information will appear on the right side of your screen.

Creating your personal schedule:
To add a session to MY PLANNER - Click “ADD” to the left of the session title
To remove a session - Click “REMOVE” to the left of the session title
View your personal schedule - Click “MY PLANNER”

Once you have created your schedule you may send it to Outlook or print it out.  There is room on the Planner to keep track of your 5 digit CE Session Code needed for each session you attend.

Saving your personal schedule:
You must be logged into the ASHP Learning Center in order to save your schedule.  You do not need to be registered for the meeting to log in and create a schedule; however, your meeting registration email/password must match your ASHP Learning Center email/password in order to access handouts and abstracts when they become available.

Handouts/Abstracts
If you are a registered meeting attendee and logged into the ASHP Learning Center you will have access to educational session handouts and poster abstracts when they become available (approximately two weeks prior to the meeting).  Just click on this icon next to the session title.
