Description

With an environment of change that is both dynamic and incessant, every leader (small "l" intentional) needs to be conscious of the opportunity to influence change and impact organizational transformation, patient safety, and quality of care. How we are perceived and how we influence others—as individuals and as a departmental team—affects how well we can execute our vision and achieve results. This session will explore the critical concepts of personal and departmental branding as strategies for increasing personal and organizational effectiveness.
Schedule

  • Apply five savvy leadership and branding component elements to sound strategic and tactical leadership approaches.
  • Define and apply personal branding techniques and their importance to effective leadership of the pharmacy enterprise.
  • Evaluate your personal brand and apply key principles to building a personal development plan for your brand.
