This interactive networking session will present an opportunity for lively discussion on "hot topics" for pharmacists interested in ambulatory care, chronic care, and home care.  Faculty will facilitate discussion on a wide range of topics, from the impact of the current economy on practice, to Medicare provider status.

Topics include:

• Proposing and/or justifying pharmacy services in the current economy


• Effects of current economy on hiring


• Justifying pharmacy services with outcomes assessment


• Impact of Part B provider status


• Controlled substances in ambulatory care
