Description
Too often, what needs to be done for improvement is not the biggest question. Rather, leaders often know what to do, but are not so clear on how, when and where to execute in order to get it done and enjoy the positive results we expect for our patients. Even knowing the next best step in the right direction can be a challenge. This session will focus on how to target collaborative change initiatives for maximal impact.

  • Define a methodology for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a specific pharmacy practice setting.
  • Define and describe a critical framework for practice transformation and improvement change.
  • Explore elements of a defining compass for navigating practice improvement initiatives within the pharmacy microsystem.
