Description
Systems – including healthcare – are designed to produce the results they achieve. Nothing changes without thinking differently, acting differently and focusing on factors that create the potential to set different expectations for a balanced set of outcome expectations and achievement. How to think differently – more creatively to drive innovation – is the foundation of our ability to execute any change.
- Engage health-system pharmacists in building skills and learning aspects of a process for designing and executing solutions for creating value.
- Explore a creative process/framework and explain the connection between designing solutions for value creation and the creativity and innovation aspects of the Explore - Create - Act process.
- Introduce concepts of "thinking differently" and building skills for innovation, change, and leadership.
