This session will focus on applying the concepts from the morning session, including a focus on developing collaborative leaders.
- Define and describe key leadership attributes essential to transforming practice, needed at every level of the organization.
- Demonstrate vital coaching and leadership development skills to build successful execution of change initiatives necessary to capitalize on the will, creative ideas, and commitment to transforming practice for sustained results.
- Discuss critical factors vital to building the will to change.
