Join the latest craze: Increasing pharmacy residency capacity by expanding your current residency program! As you know, there are currently more resident applicants than programs to accept them and the profession is stepping up to meet the need. This workshop will tell you what you need to know to expand your existing residency program to accommodate more residents. You’ll discuss challenges while learning from those who have recently met the challenges and successfully expanded their residency programs.

- Describe approaches taken by organizations that successfully expanded their residency programs.
- Describe benefits of expanding your existing residency program.
- Develop a preliminary plan to prepare your organization to expand its residency program.
