Description
Successfully implementing just culture requires an ongoing organizational commitment. Work through your institution’s obstacles at achieving just culture from those who have accomplished it. Move up to the next level of medication safety in this session by understanding the pitfalls and how to overcome them.
- Apply processes and tools to medication safety cases that promote openness, learning and accountability over punishment.
- Identify barriers to achieving a just culture in your work setting.
