Description
Often event investigations don’t get at the heart of the problems. Leading an event investigation looks and feels different when guided with an open, fair, and learning perspective. Participants will work with experts to develop new strategies to effectively conduct an event investigation and equip others to be involved in the process.

  • Apply a systematic approach using an algorithm to investigate event examples.
  • Describe techniques to effectively conduct an event investigation that is meaningful and will produce results.
  • Identify additional tools and resources to investigate events in your workplace.
