Description
This session will describe the Navy's efforts to design, develop, and deploy mHealth tools to improve patient and provider experiences. Presenters will describe the project management principles that guided the development process. Attendees will learn about app development from the customer's and developer's perspectives. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss their own efforts in the mHealth domain.
- Create an mHealth app roadmap for your organization.
- Describe current mHealth efforts related to pharmacy.
- Describe mHealth app development within the Navy's pharmacy operations.
- List the project management principles that apply to mHealth app development.
