Comparison of a hybrid medication distribution system to simulated decentralized distribution models

  • Describe a process improvement that decreases missing dose requests without significantly impacting other workflow.
  • Describe the use of computer simulation and multidisciplinary team process to improve medication distribution during care and care transitions.
  • Identify the characteristics of workflow redesign projects for which computer simulation would be most beneficial.
