Mr. West is currently employed as a Senior Healthcare Consultant with Global Loss Prevention, a member company of Chartis. He holds a law degree from Chase College of Law, a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University, and a bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati. He holds the designation of distinguished fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and has received the Distinguished Service Award from ASHRM, which is its highest honor. He is also a certified professional in healthcare risk management.

Dan Groszkruger, Director of Claims & Litigation Management at Loma Linda University Medical Center, is a healthcare attorney. He began his career as a hospital administrator, and following law school graduation, he specialized in healthcare law. He limited his private practice to civil litigation, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing and disciplinary matters. He earned both bachelor's and master's degrees from UCLA, and his J.D. is from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is both a CPHRM and a DFASHRM. He is a member of the ASHRM Board of Directors.
