Description
How do you get the executive triad of executives, trustees and clinical leaders involved in transformational performance? In hospitals, the leadership triad must embrace system thinking that cultivates process excellence and considers human factors aspects of performance. This presentation shows how top organizations produce a culture of expectations where executive leaders engage in system thinking and communicate with those leaders who have process responsibility.
