Description
This session will examine how what is happening in the economy and health care will create D&O, Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Fiduciary exposures and claims for hospitals. A panel will discuss the unique health care not-for-profit D&O, EPL and Fiduciary exposures, claim trends, current litigation and what could be on the horizon in the future.
The session will provide perspective and risk mitigating strategies from a health care D&O product manager, a health care D&O defense attorney and a financial risk manager of a complex health care system.
