Description
This presentation will address how to insure Cyber Liability exposures in a captive insurance program. Cyber Liability is a rapidly growing exposure for healthcare organizations and is a new area of risk for experienced risk managers. Presentation will include decision to insure risk, reinsurance process, claims handling, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation activities.
LEARNER OUTCOMES:
- begin to consider the elements of a claims and risk management program for cyber liability losses.
- realize that cyber liability has a broad range in what may or may not be insured.
- understand what may be insured in a cyber liability program that is self-insured through a captive.
