Description
This presentation will provide an introduction to the AHA/NPSF/ASHRM Leadership Fellowship Program experience. Presenters will share information on concepts, methods and tools taught to facilitate bringing about patient safety innovations in our institutions. The presentation will conclude with a discussion of the presenter's action learning projects.
LEARNER OUTCOMES:
- Apply concepts and tools taught in the Fellowship program around project management and improvement
- Convey the importance and value of participation in the Leadership Fellowship program.
- Utilize the tools and concepts discussed to facilitate completion of an improvement (action)project.
