John M. Bringardner is a trial attorney with a diverse background in litigating complex legal cases. Mr. Bringardners practice includes medical malpractice, nursing home, general liability, products liability, premises liability and civil rights litigation.
In addition to his trial practice experience, Mr. Bringardner has considerable experience conducting in-service training on a wide spectrum of health care, employment, and risk management issues to assist his clients in achieving best practices in health care.
Mr. Bringardner is a frequent speaker at client forums and conferences on topics including litigation avoidance, risk management, employee relations, discrimination and negligent hiring.

Description
This presentation will provide the attendees a basic overview of the litigation process. The presentation will cover such issues as the proper way to handle the media following an incident, steps to take once notified of a potential claim and investigation of same. The presentation will also include how to prepare for depositions, as well as how to properly answer discovery such as interrogatories, request for production and requests for admission.
