Gregory Brown is an accomplished civil trial attorney and risk management counselor with over thirty years of experience. He has resolved many hundreds of claims and lawsuits, including scores of resolutions thru civil jury trials and arbitrations. He has represented many fiduciaries and professionals, including Officers and Directors of corporations and non-profits. He has also served as an officer or director of several such corporations.

Description
Workplace investigations are now conducted for any "critical incident", often in anticipation of litigation. Investigations may involve accidents, catastrophic losses, or claims of harassment, discrimination, etc. Properly handled investigations can preserve evidence, maintain a safe workplace, discourage inappropriate conduct, and save time and legal expenses. This presentation explores how to gather and protect evidence, taking witness statements, drafting investigation reports, protecting employee confidentiality and preserving attorney-client privilege.
