Mark Stinnett of Stinnett Thiebaud & Remington has defended doctors and health care providers for thirty years. His win record in jury trials is greater than 95%, and his defense verdicts have saved clients more than a quarter billion dollars in potential damages. Mark has served on national counsel panels for birth injury cases, and represented the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists before the Michigan Supreme Court in a case that led to new rules to keep junk science out of that state's courtrooms. He divides his time between his firm's offices in Dallas, Texas and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
