What are strategies for minimizing that risk? This program addresses the problems of waits and delays, medication errors and hand-offs and offers a menu of the latest strategies for combating each. Though appropriate for all levels, this course is intended for leadership and is a 30,000 foot view to help the executive level understand the inherent risks in the ED environment
