Mr. Parsons is the President of RISKONE Consulting Group which provides
claims administration and litigation management services
to the health care industry. He is a former vice president
of risk management at Doctor's Hospital and OhioHealth in Columbus Ohio
which was self insured and had it's own captive insurance
company. He was responsible to handle patient and family
complaints, conduct investigations, direct litigation and
resolve all liability related matters. He is engaged as a consultant to a number of self
insured organizations to train and mentor newly
appointed risk managers in their daily responsibilities.

Patrick McGrath, President, McGrath Associates Claims & Risk Services, Inc.
Patrick McGrath is a 35 year veteran of professional liability claims with service to clients on a local, regional and national basis. During his tenure at two different carriers, he served initially as a claims adjuster and advanced to the position of National Medical Malpractice Claims Manager. He has an extensive career in training individuals as claims professionals at the carrier, third party administrator and self-insured level. Mr. McGrath has served as a National Claims Examiner for a large third party administrator, an audit team leader and as a speaker on proper claims handling techniques.
