Description
The process of insurance should be simple: You pay a premium and you should get your claims paid. Unfortunately, seemingly covered claims are denied causing anxiety and grief to Risk Managers and CFOs. There are many reasons claims are denied. Well discuss the top coverage issues in the areas of: medical professional liability, general liability; products liability; employment practices; and, property. We also cover why we feel carriers deny claims, and the steps we recommend to overcome coverage disputes with your insurance carriers.

  • Develop a claim submission strategy that reduces the potential for coverage denial
  • Identify potential coverage issues before the claim is submitted
