Mr. Merlino is the Director of Medicare Compliance for Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick CMS). Michael is responsible for planning and leading Sedgwick's Medicare compliance unit to assist Sedgwick CMS clients whose workers compensation, general liability, and professional liability claims involve personal injury matters with potential Medicare compliance components. As a licensed attorney he is also experienced in workers compensation and general liability defense work. Also a nationally published author on Medicare compliance and MSA agreements, Michael has addressed large and small business organizations and state bar associations on these subjects.

Mr. Over is Senior Vice President and National Director, Professional Liability for Sedgwick CMS. He is a career risk services professional with twenty-six years of experience in loss control, business process outsourcing, and casualty claims program design and marketing. Mr. Over received his degree from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor of science in Industrial Safety Technology & Engineering and a minor in Psychology. He also received his Masters in Public Health at the University Of Illinois at the Medical Center in Industrial Hygiene.
